Business development, documented

Trip report software for BD teams

Your trip produced conversations, customer needs, and possible next steps. TripDeck brings your contacts, notes, and photos together in a structured report, so the useful context does not stay scattered across your phone and notebook.

14 days to try TripDeck. No card needed to create an account. A card is required when you choose a subscription through Stripe.

Built around your business

A report, not another pile of notes

TripDeck is for external sales representatives, independent consultants, and small business-development teams who need to explain the value of a trip. It focuses on the debrief and follow-up work, rather than booking travel, managing expenses, or replacing a full CRM.

Start with your business profile: what you sell, whom you serve, your territory, and what makes an opportunity relevant. Add the details of the trip and the conversations you had. That context helps the analysis focus on your objectives instead of producing a generic company summary.

Generate an editable Word report for review and sharing. Depending on your setup, receive the document through your connected Google Drive or direct download.

Choose the shape of your trip

Two workflows. Different questions.

Expo and Roadshow

Bring multiple contacts and meeting notes into one trip-level briefing. Assess fit against your business profile, review the opportunities, and decide which conversations deserve a follow-up.

Engagement and Site Visit

Document a customer meeting, partner assessment, or facility walkthrough. Organize your observations into findings, risks, recommendations, and actions to review with your team.

Choose your analysis

Your notes first. Research when needed.

Lite: work from your inputs

Choose a concise report built around the information you provide, without adding public web research. It is a useful starting point for a straightforward debrief.

Deep: add public-source context

Add company research and more detailed analysis informed by your business profile, with citations for public-source material. Check that present-day research is not mistaken for something discussed during the visit.

Neither mode replaces your judgment. Confirm names, factual claims, commitments, and proposed actions before sending a report.

Before your first report

Trip report software questions

Do I need to install an app?

No. Use TripDeck in a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. You do not need an app-store download.

Does TripDeck replace my CRM?

No. TripDeck focuses on collecting trip context and producing reports and suggested follow-ups. It does not replace a CRM's broader account and sales-pipeline functions, and no automatic CRM synchronization is promised.

What should I include in my notes?

Record whom you met, the organization, the specific need or issue, what was actually said, and any agreed next step. Mark uncertain points clearly instead of letting an assumption look like a confirmed commitment.

What information should I leave out?

Do not upload CUI, classified information, ITAR-controlled technical data, or third-party proprietary information. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before entering trip data.
